Provide a counseling service to all children calling the toll free number, and assuring that the children in need of specific interventions get help.
Provide specific social work therapeutic counseling to children referred to Childline Mpumalanga.
Engage with communities and stakeholders towards sustainable care and support for orphaned and vulnerable children and their support structures.
Empowering children and child related stakeholders in Mpumalanga and advocating the plight of children through specific training.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of our services and to report accordingly.

Childline South Africa is committed through the support and capacity building of its affiliates, to:
- 24-hour toll-free helpline and supportive therapeutic social services for children who have been victims of violence, and their families;
- Education and awareness raising programmes facilitating the prevention of violence against children;
- Networking to establish strategic alliances with the aim of advocating for policy.
Childline South Africa is an affiliation of regional Childlines.
Christian Ministers Fraternal of SA is a forum of Reverends’ coming from different congregation. During the due-diligent they have demonstrated the knowledge of preaching the Gospel aligning it with the quality life. Pastors are committed to visit schools to render these services and moreover they normally invite experts like nurses, doctors and other module experts to come to their churches. The role played by these experts was to disseminate HIV, TB and Malaria information to religious communities.

The Phokeng Trauma Centre was established by the Royal Bafokeng Administration in conjunction with Impala Mines, Phokeng SAPS and Department of Social Development as a Victim Empowerment Programme project in 2004. The project was registered in 2007 as an independent Non Profit Organisation entity. The major role of the organisation is to fulfil the mandate of broader Victim Empowerment Programme with the following special focus areas:
Supporting victims of rape
Supporting victims domestic violence
Supporting victims human trafficking
In addition the organization also attends fully to victims experiencing psychological impact of trauma related to other incidents (e.g. motor accidents, hijacking, murder, armed robberies and assaults).
