• Vulnerable communities and households in the target areas have access to appropriate HIV/AIDS education, social support, and protection services, thereby limiting the spread of new HIV infection and mitigating the impact of the epidemic;
• Supported organisations are equipped to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate their interventions effectively, resulting in better quality interventions and enhancing organisational programme sustainability;
• Donor funds have been used effectively.
