The grant cycles of the CBO partners do not all run concurrently, since the Foundation receives donor funds at various stages of the financial year and for differing contract periods. Nevertheless, for the 2005/6 financial year, the Foundation proposes to provide funding, technical support, and capacity building to 55 CBOs operating in vulnerable communities in under-resourced regions of KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, the Free State, Limpopo, the Northern Cape & the Eastern Cape provinces.
